Finished a cherry tree block for a friend this morning. Spring is bursting forth in the backyard, and soon the real cherry tree will be blooming. Hope for bowls of cherries this year, with plenty to share with the birds, of course.

My friend loves anything in quilting to do with cherries. I should make her a block.

Ahhh - spring *s* I keep trying to find it here, but the signs are fare more subtle as this point . . . . but I did notice that the ground does not seem hard as a rock anymore. Surely that's telling me something.
